Management Buy-out – FLAG Paints and Finishes

THE assets of CW Wastnage Ltd, makers of FLAG specialist paints and finishes, have recently been purchased by the management team. Led by managing director Tony Grover, the company is embarking on expanding and rationalizing. Built up over many years by the late Geoff Wastnage, the company specializes in the manufacture and handling of solvent and water-based coatings on two sites in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex. “Roofix 20/10” is a new generation of roofing compound with proven long-term performance and exceptional technical performance in professional applications. We need to concentrate on taking this type of specialist product to a wider audience”, explained Tony Grover.
